Asking Yourself Difficult Questions and Finding The Answers

It’s always the most difficult questions that are the most important. Often as we’re not used to digging deeper your immediate response can be I don’t know or just feel as though you have no answers to the question. You have to find a way to push through that and just explore thoughts further and maybe just break down the question further?

Some great questions to ask yourself:

What do you do currently that does not serve you?

How do you block your own growth at times?

What would you like your life to look like if you didn’t have the blockers you do now? – is there a way you can work towards this?

What is something you did this week that you’re proud of?

Are you content right now? Why?

What’s something that is taking up your brain space at the moment? Is there anything you can do about it?

What’s something you wish someone said to you but they didn’t

What is your biggest weakness?

What is a misconception others have about you?

What do you assume others believe about you and how does this impact your perception of yourself?

Sometimes talking questions out can be easier and sometimes voice noting to yourself or writing on paper or typing on notes but you have to find time for that deep work rather than just avoid the questions.
